Lawrence (Larry) A. Phillips is a partner at Siebman, Burg, Phillips & Smith, LLP.  He  represents a wide variety of clients in courts throughout East and North Texas.  Larry focuses his practice on litigation with a heavy emphasis on intellectual property and complex litigation in federal courts.  He also is a qualified Texas Mediator and a former President of the Eastern District of Texas Bar Association. AV-Preeminent® Rated by Martindale-Hubbell™, he also earned selection to the annual Texas Rising Stars list published by Thompson Reuters legal division in 2004.  Larry is listed as a Top Rated Lawyer in Intellectual Property Law by American Lawyer Media and Martindale-Hubbell™.  He has served in the Texas House of Representatives since being elected in 2003, representing the Northeast Texas counties of Delta, Fannin and Grayson.

Larry earned his Bachelor of Business Administration at Baylor University and his law degree at the University of Houston Law Center.  Larry and his wife have three children.
